Montreal (Quebec), July 28th 2017 – Following the contract renewals of Marc-Andre Barriault, Kevin Genereux and Sergej Juskevic, TKO cemented its stable of highly popular and spectacular athletes with the signature of Strahinja Gavrilovic (6-4-0) under a brand new multiple-fight agreement. Gavrilovic has developed a huge fan base in Quebec over the years and is a must-see on every TKO cards.

TKO President Stephane Patry was very happy with the renewal of his unpredictable athlete, “Strahinja has his own special temper I would say – we had our heated discussions and situations, but deep down he is such a genuine individual. He’s matured a lot in the last couple of months and he is developing into the athlete I foresaw a couple years back when I signed him. Strahinja’s record says 6-4-0 but if he had the maturity he has today, we are talking about a guy who would potentially be 9-1-0. I look forward to the future of TKO with Strahinja in the lineup“.

Gavrilovic’s next assignment is powerful Brazilian striker Maiquel Falcao (37-10-0) in a fight that has “Fight of the Night” written all over it. The bout takes place as one of the main events of the highly anticipated TKO40: Denouement card on September 8th 2017 at La TOHU in Montreal. Tickets are available by calling 514-700-0999. The event will be broadcast live on UFC FIGHT PASS and on THE FIGHT NETWORK. Replays will be available on RDS2.
